Acquisition of 1032 COLONIA Real Estate (Cologne) units in Berlin with a total floor space of approx. 76,000 m² in partnership with CONWERT Immobilien Invest AG which is listed on the stock exchange.
KRONBERG International joins BF.direkt AG with 13.3 % of shares. The other associates are among others ERGO Versicherungsgruppe (Munich RE) with 27.2 % and the international Bankhaus Bodensee AG with 6 %.
Dr. Hellweger is appointed a member of BF.direkt’s board of directors.

Sale of 5.3 %-share in SIG RE BV Netherlands, which owns the following three portfolios: Resident Baltic, Resident Saxony and Resident West
The KRONBERG RE Deutschland GmbH, which is a company in KRONBERG International, acquired a portfolio of 37 residential and commercial properties (approx. 1,210 units) and a total floor space of 72,387 m² in east Germany.
KRONBERG acquires a majority share in the project company NOLA Invest (Berlin) with the aim of developing and building 13 new luxury penthouse apartments on the top floor of a historical building in Berlin-Mitte with a total floor space of approx. 2,600 m² and which is right beside the Humboldt University.
Acquisition of a 52.8 % share in SIG RE BV with three property portfolios with regional emphasis in North Rhine-Westphalia, Saxony and northern Germany. The portfolios have 148 properties with 1,931 units and a rentable area of 126,064 m².
