Dr. Hellweger is the CEO and founder of Kronberg International and advisor of several co-investments with Prelios S.p.A. and other private and institutional investors, e.g. Conwert AG, Gruppo Partecipazioni Industriali S.p.A.. Dr. Hellweger  concluded an inception-to-date transaction volume of €1.2 billion. Dr. Martin Hellweger, together with his team comprising a few specialists with long-lasting experience in real estate, gave advice to and entered into a Joint Venture, P&K Real Estate with Milano stock-listed Prelios S.p.A.. Despite other portfolio acquisitions P&K Real Estate headed by Dr. Hellweger acquired together with Conwert Immobilien Invest AG and ECO Business-Immobilien AG, both of which are stock-listed in Vienna, 50% of the €450 million Allianz real estate portfolio in Austria in 2007. Prior to the joint venture activities with Prelios S.p.A. he was managing director of Conwert-Kronberg investment companies in Germany and supervisory board member of the Conwert Immobilien Invest AG. Before founding the Kronberg Group Dr. Hellweger gained experience in Milano at KPMG, Münchner Rück and IMI Bank, and in Frankfurt at Union Investment.

He graduated at Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi, Milan, and holds a Chartered Accountant registered at Bozen, Italy.
