Prelios S.p.A.Prelios S.p.A. (Pirelli & C. Real Estate S.p.A. until October 2010) has been listed on the Milan stock exchange since May 2002. The company is active in the Asset & Fund Management sectors of the real estate industry in Europe. Prelios assumes third party responsibility for real estate portfolios with the aim of increasing their value long-term. This is achieved through providing a comprehensive range of services covering Agency, Property and Facility Management, together with a strategic program for managing investment funds and assets.

The Company’s geographic focus is on Italy, Germany and Poland. Prelios manages real estate assets valued in total at 14.1 billion Euro. In Italy we manage Properties valued at 7.3 billion Euro of which 6 billion Euro is held in 19 real estate investment funds. The value of properties in Poland is 0.2 billion Euro. Properties under management in Germany are valued at 6.6 billion Euro. Prelios is one of the largest landlords in Northern Germany, with 67,000 properties under management while the emphasis in Poland is on project development.

Our organisational structure is thus concentrated on Italy, Germany and Poland. The business units designated to residential and commercial real estate combine local market knowledge with the specialised know-how of these specific sectors.
